AutoCAD DWG and DXF to PDF Converter does loss the lines in generated PDF file

We use "VeryPDF AutoCAD DWG and DXF to PDF Converter" software to convert DXF files to PDF files.

https://www.verypdf.com/autocad-dwg-dxf-to-pdf/dwg_dxf_to_pdf_setup.exe

I have attached a DXF file that the converter struggles with. The DXF should have the lines I have arrows pointing to here,

The converter leaves those two lines out entirely.

We use version 2.2 of the software. It does not appear to have been updated in some time.
