Thanks for your message, please by following steps to convert a HTML file to Postscript file with Postscript fonts instead of raster fonts,

1. You may download HTML Converter Command Line (htmltools.exe) from this web page first,

2. After you download it, you can run following command line to convert your HTML file to a plain text based PDF file,

htmltools.exe -webkit D:\test.html D:\out.pdf
htmltools.exe -webkit2 D:\test.html D:\out.pdf

3. Please download PDF to Vector Converter Command Line from this web page,

https://www.verydoc.com/pdf-to-vector.html
http://www.verydoc.com/pdf2vec_cmd.zip

4. After you download it, you can run following command line to convert from PDF file to plain text based postscript file,

pdf2vec.exe C:\in.pdf C:\out.ps
pdf2vec.exe -psmode 0 C:\in.pdf C:\out.ps
pdf2vec.exe -psmode 1 C:\in.pdf C:\out.ps
pdf2vec.exe -psmode 2 C:\in.pdf C:\out.ps

The resultant PS file contains postscript files.
