I want to take a simple TXT file in a Lucida Console, 10 font and convert it to a PDF file in the Lucida Console,10 font using the command line

I want to take a simple TXT file in a Lucida Console,10 font and convert it to a PDF file in the Lucida Console,10 font using the command line. Can that be done with VeryPDF? (see attached)

BTW: this is for a large school district in California that needs to print attendance reports from a database app.
