PclToPDFCom.exe hangs during conversion. There are about 60 or 70 instances of pcltoo.dll running. All show 0 cpu utilization and all are 1,776K in memory. The com component is using an excessive amount of cpu 25%. I am running 10 threads in a windows service each thread is calling the com component. If the com server does not terminate, all of my threads are blocked waiting for the one active pcl to pdf conversion to finish.

Thanks for your message, you may run following command lines to kill pcltool and PCLtoPDFCom from your system first,
tskill pcltool
tskill pcltool.dll
tskill PCLtoPDFCom
and then call PclToPDFCom.exe to convert the PCL files to PDF files again, could you get it work at this time?
