I have tried this at Application Server level via SM69 and SXPG_COMMAND_EXECUTE, SXPG_CALL_SYSTEM but get the following error:
Can’t exec external program (Exec format error)
External program terminated with exit code 1

Any suggestions?

Hallo, I need to check about 65.000 pdf files spreaded into 500 folders in order to find some file which is corrupted, and I need a log telling me: this “filename” is corrupted…
and where it is (folder).
I downloaded pdftools.exe and I tried the -M option that should be: check the pdf integrity into a folder and other subdirectory, but it doesn’t work (the version I’m using is the one downloaded from your website today) I don’t know how to say that it must check a folder and subdirectory and also, the answer xx files are corrupted is not useful for me, I need the filename and path….
So, I can also buy the registered version, but I have to be shure it will work for my needs.

we are interested in trying how your pdfcompress (http://www.verypdf.com/wordpress/201209/how-to-compress-pdf-by-command-line-31834.html) works under commend line. However we got an error when trying to open the tiny sized output.pdf: “Insufficient data for an image”. Is there a way we can make a full test that cold get us the final file size and the output.pdf to view the quality of the result?

We are a large public company of about 20,000 employee, we will definite purchase a license if the result is good.

Command Line is a standalone application, Command Line can be called by CreateProcess() or Shell() or script or other functions, you can also run it in CMD window by manual.

SDK is can only be called from 3rd source code, e.g., you can call it from VB, VC++, Delphi, C#, VB.NET, Java, etc. program languages.

Command Line can be used easier than SDK version.

Hi I wan to buy the PDFSTAMP but I’m not sure if it can do what I want:

I need to make a pdf out of a TXT file, I tried the followings with demo
version but unsuccessful.

(Imagine I have “2.txt” file in the folder that I’m running pdfstamp, and I
wan to creat “44.pdf”)

1- pdfstamp.exe -AT -op “2.txt” -PDF “44.pdf”

2- pdfstamp.exe -AT “2.txt” -PDF “44.pdf”

3- pdfstamp.exe -op “2.txt” -PDF “44.pdf”

Please let me know if the parameters are wrong.

Please turn off DEP for both pdftoolsdk.dll and pdf2vec.exe files to try again, this may solve this problem to you.

Hi,

i’ve been testing your pdf2vec commandline tool. All works fine on my Windows 7 x64 workstation, but crashes on the Server 2008 R2 x64 SP1.

Getting: The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000005). Click OK to
terminate the application.

Ans YES i’ve been trying your tip with disabling DEP for pdf2vec.exe, but still getting the same exception. Even after 2 reboots.

Any other hint? I do have version 2.0 (trial downloaded from your site).
