Hi, We use the PDF2ImageSDK that you sent us on August 02, 2011 (check the email below) to convert the attached PDF file. We need help on getting the checked box correctly. Currently the checked box was converted as an unchecked box on page 3 Option1 section. Thanks,

You can call PDFToImageConverter2() function to convert your PDF file to image file, PDFToImageConverter2() function will retain checked box properly.

We did call PDFToImageConverter2() function to convert the PDF to image. No check box checked.

Are "encoding" and "Resource" folders exist in current folder? If not, you need copy "encoding" and "Resource" folders and pdf2image.dll and other DLL files and your EXE files into same folder, then you can call PDFToImageConverter2() function to convert PDF files to image files with Check Box properly.

We have encoding folder but no Resource folder. Where to get the Resource folder?

Please download another version of PDF2Image SDK from following URL, this version does contain "Resource" folder, you can copy this folder to your system directly,
