Products: VeryDOC Powerpoint to Flash Converter v.3.0 using Microsoft Office Professional Plus Powerpoint 2010 (Version 14.0.6023.1000 – 32-bit)

Issue: When attempting to convert a 2010 Powerpoint (pptx) file that contains text animation, the file crashes and closes out the application.
If I uncheck the “Enable Slide Transition Animation” option, it will convert, however, it strips out the animation.

Are you aware of a fix for this or is there a list of known powerpoint features that don’t readily convert yet?
