1.Requirements

System requirements:

Windows 2000 / XP / Server 2003 / Vista / Server 2008 / 7 and Later systems, both 32bit and 64bit systems.

Apple iTunes is required on PC.

You can use iBooks to view the result ePub files on the following iOS devices:

iPhone 3G, iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, CDMA iPhone 4, iPhone 5;
iPad, iPad 2, iPad 3, iPad 4, iPad mini;
iPod touch 2, iPod touch 3, iPod touch 4.

To view the ePub files on PC, you need to use an ePub reader such as Adobe Digital Editions.

2. Supported formats

For the ePub creator

Supported input formats: PDF, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX. PPT, PPTX,HTML, JPG, JPEG, PNG, BMP, GIF, TIFF, TIF, RTF,TXT
Supported output formats: ePub
Supported cover formats: JPG, JPEG, JPE, PNG, BMP. GIF, TIFF, TIF

For the iPhone transfer

Both ePub and PDF are supported.

3. Install and download

Download—Please click the following link to download VeryPDF ePub to iPhone Transfer

Install—Then, please double click the setup file and follow the instruction to install VeryPDF ePub to iPhone Transfer on your computer.

4. Introduce three interfaces

Interface 1-Home

When launch VeryPDF ePub to iPhone Transfer, you will see the following interface.

At the bottom of the interface, you can:

Click to use the ePub creator.
Click to use the iPhone transfer. You need to connect your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch to the PC when transfer PDF and ePub between PC and iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.

[Tips] You can use the ePub creator and the iPhone transfer at the same time.

The following is the interface of the ePub creator:

You can import ePub and PDF to iPhone, iPad and iPod, vice versa.

5. Convert various files to ePub

Please do as follows to convert PDF/Office/HTML/RTF/TXT/image to ePub:

5.1. Launch VeryPDF ePub to iPhone Transfer

Please do one of the following:

Click the shortcut icon on the desktop.
Click Start, → Click All Programs, → Click VeryPDF ePub to iPhone Transfer, → and click VeryPDF ePub to iPhone Transfer.

5.2. Input various files

At the ePub creator interface, please do one of the followings to input PDF and other files:

Click the Input Files button above the list box at the ePub creator interface.
Or drag file from computer screen and drop them into the list box of the ePub creator interface.

5.3. Specify an output path

Please click the file icon on the right of the edit box under Output Path to browse and select a folder on your computer for storing the result ePub.

5.4. Settings

Set cover for ePub—double click the image at the left part of the ePub creator interface.→ When a dialog box pops out, please choose an image from your computer. → Click Open. Then you can view the new cover at the left part of the interface.

To set other options, please click under the list box of the ePub Creator interface. When a dialog box as follows appears, you can set options as following:

Delete images from ePub—the images will remain the original images by default. If you want to remove the images in ePub files, you can click the check box before Ignore images under Layout.
Delete hyperlink from ePub—the hyperlinks will be automatically removed from the result ePub files. If you want to retain original hyperlinks, please click the check box before Ignore hyperlinks.
Change text color—you can click Customize under Color. → Click the button after Text color, and select the proper color as the text color for ePub from the color palette.
Change background color—enable the radio box before Customize under Color. → Click the button after Background color.→ Choose a color from the color palette.
Change font size—the original text font size might be different according to different paragraphs. If you want to unify the font size of all the text, you can click Customize under Font size. → Click the down arrow of the combo box after Font Size. → Choose a font size from the drop-down list.
Set page margin—you can set top margin, left margin, bottom margin, and right margin for the result ePub pages under Margin. The unit is pt.
Set line and paragraph spacing—click the arrows of the combo boxes after line spacing and Paragraph respectively.
Set book information for ePub—you can set book title, author, date, language, subject, identifier, publisher, description on the right part of the setting dialog box as below.

After setting options, please click at the right down corner of the setting dialog box to close the setting dialog box. If you don’t want to cancel, please click .

[Tips] VeryPDF ePub to iPhone Transfer can convert Word to ePub, Excel to Epub and Word to ePub. If you want to get the best effect when convert Office documents to ePub, please install Office 2007 or later. For 2007, MS Office 2007 Add-in (SaveAsPDFandXPS.exe) is required. VeryPDF ePub to iPhone Transfer can automatically check your system, and provide a link for you if this add-in is not found.

5.5. Start conversion

Please click to start the conversion from various formats to ePub one by one.
If you want to convert all the input files into one ePub, please click the Merge button.

6. Transfer ePub and PDF

After converting files to ePub, you can click at the bottom of the ePub creator interface to go back to the Home interface. At the Home interface, you can click at the bottom to open the iPhone transfer interface.

[Tips] Both the ePub creator and iPhone transfer can work at the same time.

6.1. Import ePub and PDF

Please do as follows to transfer PDF and ePub to iPhone, iPad and iPod touch:

First, please connect an iOS device (iPhone/iPad/iPod touch) to PC. Once the device is connected to PC, you can view the information of the device at the home interface.
Click , or drag ePub and PDF from your PC screen and drop the files into the PC-like list box of the iPhone transfer.
Click the check boxes to select the files on the PC-like list box.
When one of the arrows between the PC-like list box and the iPhone-like list box becomes green, please click the green arrow.
In a few seconds, please click the Adobe icon or the ePub icon to view the PDF or ePub on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch.

6.2. Export ePub and PDF from iPhone/iPad/iPod touch

First of all, if you iPhone, iPad or iPod touch is not connected to PC, please make sure that your divice is connected to PC. Then, the software will automatically read data from the device and display the file names in the iPhone-like list box. Please do as follows to export ePub and PDF from iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch:

Please click the Adobe button and ePub button on the right hand of the iPhone-like list box to sort the files on the iOS device.
Click the check boxes to select files in the iPhone-like list box.
Click the first arrow.

6.3. Remove ePub and PDF from iPhone/iPad/iPod touch

If you want to remove files from the iPhone, iPad or iPod touch, please click the check boxes in the iPhone-like list box, and then right click the selected files and select Delete from the right click menu.

7. Purchase VeryPDF ePub to iPhone Transfer
