"C:\Documents and Settings\admin\My Documents\Downloads\swftoimage_cmd\swf2img.exe" -in D:\test\google\google.swf -out test.tiff

Where

"C:\Documents and Settings\admin\My Documents\Downloads\swftoimage_cmd\swf2img.exe"

is the file path of the executable file of the application,
-in D:\test\google\google.swf
specifies the directory of the flash file, and
-out test.tiff specifies the name of the output images.
