PDF File Content Splitter

PDF File Content Splitter is developed for splitting PDF files by comparing PDF content in specified position. This application is helpful for splitting a large PDF which has many sections of that is categorized by names, dates, or number. This article will present how to use the application.

This application can be used free in limited times. You can download and install it for free trial. The main interface of PDF File Content Splitter is snapshot in Figure 1. Click button Add and select the PDF files to split, then the PDF files will be listed in File List in the top part of the interface. If you want to remove some items added by mistake, use button Remove and Clear. The application splits PDF based on rule, and the rule is created based on the first PDF file in the file list, and you can use button Up and Down to sort the items of the file list.

Click button Rule, and you will see the Rule window for creating rules for splitting. As shown in Figure 2, the window displays the first PDF file in the file list. You can use navigation button up arrow and down arrow to show the previous and next page, respectively. Click one text in the current displayed page, and you will see a small button beside the text. Click the button to use the text as rule. In this occasion, the page bates number is selected as rule text. Click button Save Rule As, and the text and its corresponding position will be saved by the application.

In the main interface, you can choose the saved rule and a split method in the corresponding dropdown list. After setting an Output Folder to save the split PDF files, click button Split, and then the PDF Document Content Splitter will split the added PDF files by the bates number in specified position of every PDF page.
