Convert Office Document to Image

Office to Any Converter is designed to convert various Office documents to other formats. With a clear and friendly interface, the application supplies many useful functions for the document conversions. It supports source MS Office documents like Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and target formats like PDF, WMF, and EMF. It also supports to convert one image to other image formats.

Please see the interface of Office to Any Converter in Figure1 in which there is a file list in the middle. The button "Add files" is used to add Office files into the file list. Dragging the files needed converting to the file list is the easiest way to add files. "Add folder" button is for adding all office files needed converting in one folder to this software. The button "Remove files" is used to remove the files from the list one by one. When you click "Clear files", all the files in the file list will be removed. For example, if you want to convert a document of Word to image such as BMP format, you should click the "Setting" button to enter the "Option" window with eight sub control tabs. Please see its screenshot in Figure2. There are many Tabs for different functions. In fact, Office to Any Converter can work without MS Office installed. If you system has MS Office installed, you can check the "Use MS Office for conversion" option box. Or else, checking the "Don't use MS Office for conversion" option will be OK. Check any check box to set your limitations for the converted files. In "Convert to" combo box, please choose the output format. If you want to convert Word to BMP, please choose ".BMP" option. Click "OK" button to back to the main interface of Office to Any Converter. Simply click the "Convert to Any and Save As" button to choose a suitable location to save the converted files in "Browse for Folder" window.

When the conversion from Word to image is over, it will pop up a small window to remind you whether open the output directory or not. Click "Yes" if you need to check the converted file after conversion.
