To add the source files, please click "Add PDF File(s)", and choose PDF files in the dialog box, then click "open", finally, the paths of PDF files could be shown in the processing table. However, there are other ways to add the source files: click the right button of mouse in the processing table, and select "Add PDF files" in the dropdown list, then continue to choose PDF files and click "open", or the easiest way to add PDF files is to drag and drop PDF files into the processing table directly. And then if the PDF files you added are the scanned PDF files, and to choose the OCR way to process the scanned PDF files, please click the edit-box on the top-right of the interface with the green dropdown button, and select "OCR PDF file (Language: xxxxxx)", which could be depending on which kinds of languages your PDF files contain. To convert scanned PDF to Excel with one sheet per page, please click the second radio of "One Sheet per page" under the tab of "Output Options". Then click one of the radios under the tab of "Output Formats" to set the targeting file type as XLS or XLSX. At last, click "Convert" to save Excel files and convert scanned PDF to XLS or scanned PDF to XLSX.
