Please see Figure1, it is the main interface of PowerPoint to AVI Converter. There is a table list used to list the PowerPoint files which need to be converted. The button “Add File(s)” on the right is used to add PPT files to the file list. Dragging the PPT files into the list is a convenient and easy way. Right clicking the file list and choosing “Add files” option in the dropdown list is also available for adding files. “Remove” button is used to delete some PPT presentation in the list. “Remove All” is for deleting all the video files to make the list clear. The “About” button is for giving some introduction to the application.

You can see there is a combo box named as "Output format" below the file list, in which you can choose the output format for the converted video file. If you want to convert PowerPoint to AVI, please choose ".avi" in the combo box. Then click "Convert" button. There will pop up a window named as "Browse for folder" and you will be able to select a location for the output video file. Click "OK" button to run the conversion.

The green progress bar appears at the bottom of the interface of PowerPoint to AVI Converter can remind you the conversion progress. Just check the target files when the conversion is over.
