PDF file is not searchable

I downloaded your free version of this program to try it out. It did appear to unlock all the security settings instantly and was able to highlight text but was not able to search for text.
Can you please tell me why. The document is rendered text so should be searchable.

Thanks for your response. Here is the unlocked PDF file. When I search for words in it I get the error message: This page contains renderable text. We have double checked your PDF file, your PDF file contains some embedded fonts, the characters which use embedded fonts can't be extracted, you may simple open this PDF file in Adobe Reader, press CTRL+A, CTRL+C to select and copy all text contents into clipboard, open notepad, press CTRL+V to paste all text contents into notepad, you will find that you can't copy the readable characters from this PDF file.
