We are having problems converting the attached PDF to a TIF file via the VeryPDF SDK we purchased for our client. Below is the order information when we bought the SDK.
We get a 0-byte TIF file when we try to convert the attached PDF to TIF. The PDF file opens fine in Adobe Reader and I was able to convert it to TIF using a different product.
Could you tell what is ‘different’ about this PDF to make it unreadable by VeryPDF SDK? Is this a known problem that maybe a later version has a fix for or you perhaps plan to release a fix for reading these types of PDF files?
Thank you very much!

That sounds good, we can probably wait for the fix in your next release.
However, can you tell me even a little bit of information on what is wrong with this PDF and if you specifically will add a fix to the next version for this problem?

Your PDF file has a wrong version number, the version number is 1.3, but in fact, it is a PDF 1.6 format, this is the reason of this problem.
You can also open this PDF file in Adobe Acrobat, save to a new PDF file, then you can convert new PDF file correctly.
