Technical problem of PDF to Word

I have purchased PDF2word v3.0 and my PO is XXXXXXXXXX. I tried to convert a document which is 45 pages from PDF to word, but found that the document processing p.6 is very very slow and cannot further proceeded, please kindly advice if there is problem with the software or the original document ?? Please kindly advice.
