DWG to Image problem

My company bought your app a couple of years ago and we have been using it on and off successfully.  All of a sudden, I can’t get it to work anymore.  I can’t find any forums or documentation that might clue me in as to what I’m doing differently so I hoped you might see something right off the bat based on this screenshot.

The old version of dwg2img.exe doesn’t support Windows 7 system, however, the latest version of DWG to Image Converter is already support the Windows 7 system now, please download the latest version of DWG to Image Converter from our website to try again.

  1. Hello everybody, I’m having the same problem here I have an unlimited version of dwg2img.exe but not working on windows 7. I tried to download the latest version but apparently is not working.

      please check the file date for the dwg2img.exe application, the file date should be ‎‎2011‎-0‎8‎-19.
