Problem converting PDF to image

I just purchased the pdf convertor, and am busy testing to see that it works correctly.

Attached is a PDF that I have gotten from a client. When I try and convert it, it only does the top section, and not the rest.

Can you check this out and let me know how this can be resolved?

I am converting the file to PNG, but it does the same as TIFF.

The problem with their system is that they keep on getting files like this that print out totally blank, or just bits of data like the one that I sent you. So it does not help you fixing the file up, the program needs to be able to handle the print correctly. Were you able to see what was different about this file? I have more examples of this if you want.
