PDF Password Remover does popup demo message box

About two weeks ago I downloaded the trial version of your PDF password remover, and began working on editing a document. I really like it and decided to purchase the program. (I use a Mac, but the executable was for a PC so I used it on a virtual machine running Windows 7.) I put in the registration code, and then went to open my edited version of the PDF. It quite unexpectedly informed me that the file is not password protected, so now whenever I try to open it I get that very annoying nag-screen. When the heck can I do to keep my edits and use the file?
