Pages being dropped using docPrint pro v3.3

I've been having issues with loosing data when converting pdf files into tif format. Sometimes the program simply does not produce a tif version or in the case of a two page pdf only a tif of the first page is produced. I'm currently using docPrint pro v3.3.
