I bought your pdf2txt software a few yeas ago. I am using it to transfer my pdf file into an ascii text file. But unfortunately the software failed to complete its tasks. I am wondering why. I have attached this pdf(test.pdf) here. Your help will be highly appreciated.

I’m get following error message when I try to view your PDF file, it seems your PDF file is not a valid PDF format or it was damaged by something, please double check your PDF file carefully before you deliver it to PDF to Text Converter application.
