PowerPoint to flash does crash on Windows 2003

Hi

We have been using your PPT to flash software (command line) for a few years, we now need to transfer this to a new server.

I’ve installed PowerPoint and your software but whenever I try to use the GUI or command line, they instantly crash with the error below.

Both the old and new servers are 2003, can you please advise on what the issue might be
