Wrong font size in HTML file which created by PDF to HTML Converter Command Line application

VeryPDF,

I am a registered user of the PDF2HTML Command Line v3.2 of your software and I am having an issue converting a pdf to HTML.  I am wanting to convert the PDF into one html file (-onehtm).  When I convert the pdf with images, the text gets placed on the image background images and also as HTML text.  When I convert using no images (-noimg), the PDF file has some text that is not in the correct font size. (Majority of the text is size 17, but some appears in the middle of paragraphs as size 5).  Can you please help me out?  A link to the PDF file I am trying to convert is:

Thanks,

We noticed this PDF file was created from scanner, the hidden text layer is not good enough, please look at following screenshot, this is the screenshot of hidden text layer in your PDF file, as you see, the text layer is not good enough,

There is no way to override the font sizes coming out of VeryPDF or at least specify a minimum font size to be used in the ouput?

Thanks for your message, PDF2HTML Command Line v3.2 does retain the font size from your PDF file to HTML file, it hasn’t a minimum font size in default, you should better reformat the font size in your input PDF file in order to get the better HTML files, you can also change the font size in output HTML files by manual.
