2 Run VeryPDF docPrint
Press “Ctrl+P” >select “docPrint” as the printer in the “Name” combo box on the “Print” dialog box >press “OK” to open the “docPrint” dialog box.
3 Open the “Annotated document” dialog box

4 Trigger the comment buttons on the “Annotated document” dialog box
There are nine buttons on the tool bar, the last seven button of which are comment buttons. When the buttons are gray, it is not able to add comment on the current page.
To trigger the comment buttons, you should click the second button to turn them become colorful.
When these buttons become from gray to colorful, it means you can use them to add comment. The following image shows you the buttons after you click the second button
5 Add image on the current page
After you click the fifth button to open the “Open” dialog box, you should
Select the proper image format in the “Files of type” combo box,for example, *.bmp>Select the directory to find proper image>click the image in the list box, then its file name will appear in the edit box of “File name”>press “OK” to add the image comment on the current page.
Some times, the image may be too little on the page. If you want to enlarge the image comment, you should
6 Enlarge the image comment on the current page
Drag the image comment to make it larger>Click on the border of the image comment>right click with the mouse>choose “Properties” to open the “Properties” dialog box
In the “Properties” dialog box, set white as the color>click the check box of “Transparent Color”>click “OK”
