How to convert html to wmf format?

WMF is short for Windows Metafile.It is a 16-bit metafile format which can contain both vector information and bitmap information. It is optimized for the Windows operating system.WMF is a Windows standard format that works well with Office.

Of course you can convert html to wmf format if you want.There is a kind of powerful software you should take which is named HTML Converter Command Line. You can download HTML Converter Command Line at the site https://www.verypdf.com/htmltools/htmltools.zip .You will find it is a zip file when saved in your computer and you should unzip and register it.

The conversion of html to wmf can be done if you follow the step below.

Step1.Just run cmd.exe.

Click start menu and click “run” in the menu,please look at figure1.

Then input “cmd” in “open” edit box and click “OK” button.Look at figure2.

Step2.Input commands

In popup cmd.exe dialog box,you should input all the commands.But you should remember the directory of calling program(htmltools.exe) and the URL of the webpage you want to convert.Please look at figure3.

Interpretation to the commands

The whole commands are "C:\Documents and Settings\admin\Local Settings\Temp\htmltools\htmltools.exe" "www.verypdf.com" verypdf.wmf.

"C:\Documents and Settings\admin\Local Settings\Temp\htmltools\htmltools.exe"   is the path of htmltools.exe which is the executable program in HTML Converter Command Line.

www.verypdf.com  is the URL of the webpage you want to convert from html to wmf.

verypdf.wmf  is the name and format of new generated file.

Step3. Find the target file

You can see in figure4 that all the commands runs under the directory in the red rectangle.So the target file will be saved in the same directory by default if their isn’t special settings.Please look at figure5.
