How to convert PowerPoint to PNG image

Method 1

Step 1: Run VeryPDF docPrint Pro

             Double click on the icon of  VeryPDF docPrint Pro to run it.

Step 2: Set options

             Click on Setting, and select Output Format to “.png”. Before you go to the next step, don’t forget to click on OK.

Step 3: Add PowerPoint

              Add the PowerPoint file to the list box. You can do as follows:  Click on Add File(s)>>find the PowerPoint file you want to convert>>click Open. Then, the file name will appear in the list box of the converter.

Step 3: Conversion

              Click Start>>Save the outputting PNG image.

Method 2

Step 1: Run DOS

              Click Start>>click run>>type “cmd”>>press OK

Step 2: Drag the “doc2pdf.exe” to DOS

            Click Start>>right click on docPrint Document Converter with the mouse>>select Properties>>click Find Target…>>find the executable file  “doc2pdf.exe” and drag it to the DOS box        

Step 3: Drag thePowerPoint  to DOS

           Press the Space key >> input “-i”>>press the Space key >> drag the PowerPoint  file you want to convert to the DOS box.

Step 4: Create an output file

           Press the Space key >> input “-o”>>press the Space key >> drag the PowerPoint  file to DOS again and change the file extension from “ppt” to “png”.

Step 5: Press the Enter key to start converting. In a few seconds the png image will appear in your computer.
