The Universal print preview application within VeryPDF docPrint has editing capability. It makes it possible for you to add comment or annotation on the printing document easily and fast. Comments including picture, text, note, line, rectangle and ellipse can be added and edited on current page; you can also move, copy, delete and paste any comment, set the comment color and filled color, change transparent degree, and change the draw’s thickness, etc.
This article will show you how to edit rectangle comment in print preview application. After you add a rectangle on a page in the Annotation dialog box, you should
At first, make sure the buttons on the tool bar are with color. They should be like this 
. If they are grey, you should click the comment button.
Secondly, if you want to delete, copy, cut, paste, change the properties of the rectangle and unlock or lock the rectangle, you should
right-click the selected rectangle to open the menu as the following one:
To copy the rectangle, you should choose Copy or click Ctrl+C.
To paste the rectangle, click wherever you like on current page>click Ctrl+Vto paste the rectangle.
To cut the rectangle, you should choose Cut or press Ctrl+X
To delete the rectangle, you should choose Delete, or press Deletekey on the keyboard.
To set the rectangle to be a background comment, you should choose Set to Background. On the other hand, if you want to set the rectangle to foreground, you should choose Set to Foreground.
To change the properties like thickness, opacity and color, you should choose Properties.
To save the properties you have set on current page, you should choose Make Properties Default.Then, each time
you add a new line, its original properties will be the saved one.
To edit one of several comments overlapped, you may need Lock/Unlock to lock the irrelevant comments.
Thirdly, when you want to move or enlarger the rectangle, you can click the border of the rectangle to select it. Then, if you want to move the rectangle, you can drag the rectangle to the proper place on current page; if you want to change the size of the rectangle, you can move the cursor to the corner of the rectangle, when the cursor becomes a beeline with two arrows, you can drag the border to adjust the rectangle to the proper size, depending on your priority.
