  • Add doc files to docPrint.

Double click the icon of docPrint which looks like a magnifier, then you will see the interface of this software. There are many rows on its interface, simply dragging your doc file to the blanks will be ok if them on the desktop. If not, you have to click the “Add File” button to open the folder containing the doc files then click the ones you need to be converted. From an example to understand this step.

  • Set property for the newly produced postscript in advance.

As we need to convert the doc to postscript, we should choose the postscript as the target format by clicking the button setting at the base setting label. If you need to set the postscript property, such as color depth and color resolution, please goes to save image mode label.

All the preparative work has been done then we can click the button “Star” to end the conversion. In the new bounced dialog box to choose folder to save the postscript file. Then all the menu buttons will go grey. Just one moment,you can get the postscript in the chosen folder. Like the picture show, I can find the postscript  file on the desktop.
