Someone may not know the meaning of Figure1.In fact,it is the whole process of converting url to bitmap format file.

In the first dialog you can see the tool used to converting url to bitmap. It is a kind of converting software called HTML Converter Command Line. You can use it to create previews or thumbnails of web pages in a number of different formats, such as TIF, TIFF, JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG, BMP, PCX, TGA, JP2 (JPEG2000), PNM, etc. It also allows you to convert web pages to PDF, PS (postscript), WMF, EMF vector formats. There is an executable file which is framed by pink rectangle in the dialog box in HTML Converter Command Line.It plays the role of called program in the command line.

The second dialog shows the most important part of the conversion of url to bitmap. You can input the command line in cmd.exe dialog box.The command line should contain called program, source file and target file.

“htmltools.exe” “www.verypdf.com” output.bmp(.bmp is the suffix of bitmap image file)

The following commands are the explanation to the command line above if you don’t understand it well.

"C:\Documents and Settings\admin\Local Settings\Temp\htmltools\htmltools.exe" "www.verypdf.com" verypdf.bmp

"C:\Documents and Settings\admin\Local Settings\Temp\htmltools\htmltools.exe"  is the directory of htmltools.exe.You can drag the file into cmd.exe if you don’t like to input a so long path. Please see arrow1 in Figure1.

"www.verypdf.com"   is the URL of some webpage. It can be seemed as source file.

verypdf.bmp  is the name of target file. Please don’t forget the extension name.If you don’t name the target file,it will be converted to pdf file by default.

Now please move your eyes to the third dialog. You will find the target file is saved here and this is the right current directory. So you can get a point that if you don’t specify the directory for target file in command line, the target file will be saved in current directory automatically.
