The first step
Open the word document which needs to be converted to ps format file in your computer.Then you can run the printer driver by the following two ways.

The third step
In “Save As” dialog box,you can
1.Set the path for the target file in “Save In” combo box.You just need to click the down arrow and choose the directory for new created ps format file.
2.Edit the name for target file with any name you like in “File Name” edit box.
3.Choose the type file for the target file in “Save as type” combo box.When clicking the arrow in this combo box,you will find there are many file formats for choosing.You should select “PS File(*.PS)” as Figure3 showed.
After that,please click “Save” button.
