"C:\Documents and Settings\admin\Local Settings\Temp\htmltools\htmltools.exe" -rotate 90 "C:\Documents and Settings\admin\Desktop\New Folder\test0001.emf" test.bmp

"C:\Documents and Settings\admin\Local Settings\Temp\htmltools\htmltools.exe"  is the path of htmltools.exe.The path seems too long to input,so you can drag the file from its installation folder to cmd.exe dialog box directly.

-rotate 90  is the value of rotation angle. You can set the value as 90,180 and 270.

"C:\Documents and Settings\admin\Desktop\New Folder\test0001.emf"  is the path source file.

test.bmp  is the name of target file. You can specify the directory of target file here such as C:\Documents and Settings\admin\Desktop\New Folder\test.bmp.

Step3.Find the target file

You can find the target file in current directory—C disk root directory. Please see Figure4.
