The executable file framed by rectangle 1 named htmltools.exe is the called program in the conversion of emf to jpg.It is the core file in HTML Converter Command Line which is a powerful HTML conversion product. HTML Converter Command Line allows you to create previews or thumbnails of web pages in a number of different formats, such as TIF, TIFF, JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG, BMP, PCX, TGA, JP2 (JPEG2000), PNM, etc. It also allows you to convert web pages to PDF, PS (postscript), WMF, EMF vector formats. You can download the software at the website https://www.verypdf.com/htmltools/htmltools.zip.

The parameter framed in rectangle 3 is the setting to rotate the the page by one of three angles—90,180 and 270.After the conversion, you will find the target file is rotated clockwise according to the value you set.

The file framed in rectangle 4 is the target file. You can see the extension name is .jpg.This is the final file you want to get.

The following command line structure is made up by the four parts above:

htmltools.exe –rotate value “input.emf” output.jpg

We can analyse the example in the third dialog box to explain the command line structure.

"C:\Documents and Settings\admin\Local Settings\Temp\htmltools\htmltools.exe" -rotate 90 "C:\Documents and Settings\admin\Desktop\test0001.emf" test.jpg

where

"C:\Documents and Settings\admin\Local Settings\Temp\htmltools\htmltools.exe"  is the path of htmltools.exe.

-rotate 90  is the rotation angle of source file.

"C:\Documents and Settings\admin\Desktop\test0001.emf"  is the path of source file.

You should input the paths of files which you want to call. But it is very complex to input so many letters. So dragging the files in rectangle1 and 3 into cmd.exe dialog box directly will save a lot of time for you.

test.jpg  is the name of target file. The directory of target file can be set here such as C:\Documents and Settings\admin\Desktop\New Folder\test.jpg.Or the target file will be saved in current directory like the example shows.

You can download HTML Converter Command Line to do it yourself and enjoy it.
