How to set the bit depth while converting html to tif?

Step1.Run cmd.exe program

You can run cmd.exe dialog program by clicking “start”—“run” and inputting “cmd” in “open” edit box,then clicking “OK” button or pressing “Windows”+ “R” on your keyboard at the same time.
