How to convert documents of Microsoft Office PowerPoint to GIF?

Each slide of the PPT document can be converted to GIF image files if you choose docPrint Document Converter Professional as the tool application. For example, if there are 15 slides in the PPT document, there will be 15 GIF image after the conversion from ppt to gif.

The conversion from ppt to gif contains three steps as follows:

1. Please open a PPT document and click “File”—“Print” to open “Print” dialog box. Then you should choose the current printer as “docPrint” in “Printer” combo box, then click “Print” button. If you don’t like this way, the hot key “Ctrl”+ “P” can also help you to open “Print” dialog box. It is worth to being mentioned that if docPrint is the default printer, please just right click the PPT document and choose “Print” option to run docPrint directly instead of opening the document.

2. Then there will be a dialog box named “docPrint” coming out. Please see Figure1. There are many function icons in the toolbar and a small dialog box called “Option Settings” on the right. If you want to convert ppt to gif only without setting any paramters, please try to open “Save As” dialog box following the ways offered. You can click “File”—“Save as” or use the icon image  in the toolbar. Or you can take the hot key “Ctrl”+ “S” to help you.

3. In popup “Save As” dialog box showed in Figure2, there are several combo boxes and edit box. To complete the whole conversion from ppt to gif, you should do as follows:(1) The directory of output GIF image files can be specified in “Save in” combo box. (2) The name of the target files must be edited in “File name” edit box. (3) In “Save as type” combo box, you should choose the right output format for the target files. (4) Click “Save” button to save all the changes.

The conversion from ppt to gif will come to the end in a short while and you can get the target files in the location you have set.
