How to convert documents of Microsoft Office Word to fax?

1. Run the printer driver.

You should open a word document and click “File” and click “Print” in the dropdown list to open “Print” dialog box. Then choose “docPrint” as your current printer in “Name” combo box and click “OK” button. You can also use the hot key “Ctrl”+ “P” to open “Print” dialog box. If docPrint is the default printer, you don’t need to open the word document, just right click on it and choose “Print” option to run docPrint directly.

2. Open “Save As” dialog box.

You can also click on the icon image  which means “save file” in the toolbar. The hot key “Ctrl”+ “S” is a good idea all the time.

3. Save your target file

In “Save As” dialog box showed in Figure2, you can save your target file and run the conversion via the following four steps. First, you should choose a directory for the output file in “Save in” combo box. Second, please input the name for the target file in “File name” edit box. Third, you should select a right file format for the output file in “Save as type” combo box. If you want to convert word to fax format file, you should choose “FAX File(*.Fax)”. Last, please click “Save” button.
