Detail operation steps.

1. Add file to docPrint Pro

When you download it successfully, the icon of docPrint Pro will be shown on the desktop if you use the GUI version. Double click it then you can use it. Open the folder containing the files you need to convert, simply drag all of them to the blanks of docPrint Pro interface. Or you can click the button add files to choose the files need converting.

2. Choose the target file format.

Click the setting button then you will enter a brand new menu label. There are five sub menu labels. Go to the first one base setting sub menu label, you will find a drop down menu list. Set png as your target file format. If you need to adjust the png file color or resolution, please change them as save image mode label. Click ok button to back the main interface. Up to now the conversion from Excel to png has been finished half.

3. End the conversion.

Click the button start to choose a folder to save png file. Then the conversion will proceed automatically. It lasts a few seconds to end the conversion, and then the converted png file will open automatically.
