How to convert MS Office Word documents of doc to pgm?

PGM, which is also called "portable greymap" files, is grayscale image file encoded with either 8 or 16 bits per pixel. It contains header information and a grid of numbers that represent different shades of gray from black (0) to white (up to 65,536). PGM files include a header that defines the PGM format type, image width and height, and the maximum number of shades.

The last one is to press “Ctrl”+ “S” on your keyboard at the same time.

3. Then you can see a dialog box called “Save As” showed in Figure3 appears. Please specify the directory for the target file in “Save in” combo box. Then type the name of the target file in “File name” edit box. In “Save as type” combo box, you should choose the format for the output file. Then click “Save” button to end all the operations and run the conversion of doc to pgm.
