How to convert MS Office Word documents of doc to pgm?

PGM, which is also called "portable greymap" files, is grayscale image file encoded with either 8 or 16 bits per pixel. It contains header information and a grid of numbers that represent different shades of gray from black (0) to white (up to 65,536). Then click “Save” button to end all the operations and run the conversion of doc to pgm.
