Before using docPrint, you have to download docPrint Pro at https://www.verypdf.com/artprint/docprint_pro_setup.exe and install it on the computer. Please see the conversion step below.
1. You should open an Excel document and click “File”—“Print” to open “Print” dialog box in which you can set “docPrint” as the current printer in “Printer” combo box and click “Print” button. There is also another way. You can use the hot key “Ctrl”+ “P” to open “Print” dialog box. If docPrint has been set as the default printer in the computer, you can right click the Excel document and choose “Print” option to directly run docPrint, which will be more convenient.
2. Please open “Save As” dialog box in the popup docPrint main window. You have several ways to open “Save As” dialog box and there are three methods listed here for you reference. You can click “File”—“Save as” in the main window. Click the “Save File” button in the toolbar. Press the “Ctrl”+ “P” combination on the keyboard.
3. In “Save As” dialog box, you should do as follows to finish all the operations in the conversion from xls to xbm. Please choose the location of the target file in “Save in” combo box. Input the name of the target file in “File name” edit box. Choose the right output format for the target file in “Save as type” combo box. Then please click “Save” button. Please see the “Save As” dialog box in Figure1.

If you have done the steps above, the conversion from xls to xbm will come to the end as the empty of the progress bar which appears at the bottom of docPrint window when you click on “Save” button. You will get the target file in the specified location.
