The Command Prompt window will appear on the screen instantly. And the next step is to use docPrint Pro Command Line. You should type a command line on the basis of the executable file doc2pdf.exe, which is entitled docPrint Pro Command Line. The following is the usage:

Usage: doc2pdf [options] <-i Document Files> [-o Output]

The option you can use to set page size is -f <paper size>. You can set page size as either standard pages or user defined pages, e.g. -f 8, which can be used to set standard page size; -f "22x33in" which can be used to set 22x33 inch to printer; -f "444x555mm", which can be used to set 444x555 mm to printer; and -f "666x777pt", which can set 666x777pt to printer.

The following are some command lines that can convert PPT to PDF and set page size:

  • "C:\docPrint Pro v5.0\doc2pdf.exe" -f 8 -i C:\*.ppt -o E:\*.pdf
  • "C:\docPrint Pro v5.0\doc2pdf.exe" –f "22x33in" -i C:\*.ppt -o E:\*.pdf
  • "C:\docPrint Pro v5.0\doc2pdf.exe" -f "444x555mm" -i C:\in.ppt -o E:\out.pdf
  • "C:\docPrint Pro v5.0\doc2pdf.exe" -f "666x777pt" -i C:\in.ppt -o E:\out.pdf

Now please type a command line to meet your requirements and then press Enter to start the process. You can also set other options when convert PPT to PDF. If you are interested, please type the path of the executable file on the Command Prompt window like "C:\docPrint Pro v5.0\doc2pdf.exe", and press Enter.
