How to convert a web page to bitmap?

Have you ever tried to convert a web page to bitmap or other image file format then you can insert a web page to other document like Word Document in the form of image file format. If you have tried and already have your own way, you can compare it with mine. If not, my way can be your reference.

In this article, I will mainly talk about how to convert web page to bitmap by Document Converter which can convert the entire printable file to image file format or PDF file. Document Converter either can be used as CMD software or can be used as GUI version. I will use its GUI function to do the conversion. As to the detail steps, please refer to the following part.

 Install this converter to your PC.

If you need to install it to your PC, you just need to follow its installation reminder. This software is small in size, so you can finish the installation in a few minutes. Once there appear an new icon which looks like a magnifier on the desktop, it means that the installation is successful. Double click it, you can get it started.

First, you need to do is add files.

Adding files to this converter has three ways.

  • 1. Add files by dragging. You can drag files from its containing folder and then drop them to software interface. Then the detail information of the added files will be shown in the blanks.
  • 2. Press the option “File” on the top. Then you can choose options according to your needs.
  • 3. You can add files by clicking the button “Add Files” at the bottom of the interface.

Second, set the output file format.

Click the button “Setting”, you can set the output file format as bitmap which has been short as bmp in the drop-down list which is saved in the “Base setting” tab. In the “Save image mode” tab which is next to it, you can adjust the image resolution and color depth. Please click the button “OK” to make sure that you have done the setting part.

Third, choose the output file folder.

Click the button “Start” to choose the output folder. And in this step, you will run the conversion from web page to bitmap. Just wait a few seconds, and then you can see the output bitmap show up in the chosen folder. Then you can use them freely.
