How to convert documents of MS Visio to pdf?

Microsoft Visio for Windows is available in three editions: Standard, Professional and Premium but no matter which version yours belong to, its expanded-name must be xx.vsd. Now I will show you how to use docPrint to convert Visio to pdf in my way. I do the conversion roughly from the following steps.

Step 1. Download it.

When you visit its homage, you will find that there are many versions here for you to choose. Say you have been used to command live version, GUI is your right choice or you need a dill to redevelop a new software by this one, all kinds of requests can be satisfied here. For me, I used the GUI version, after downloading successfully; there will be an icon on my desktop. Double click it, and then you can let it work for you. Step 2. Do the conversion.

When you reach to this step, you can make it from three steps.

Add file—> setting options—>let the conversion run.

Add file: just simply drag the files needed converting to the blanks of the interface will be ok. Or you can click the button “Add Files” to add them. As I did in the following picture.

Setting options: as we need to convert Visio to pdf, we should set the target file format as PDF by clicking the button “Setting” then go to “Base setting” sub label. After converting Visio to pdf, maybe you would like to add some password or adjust some properties for the PDF file, all you can make by this software. Sub label “Save PDF mode”, “PDF info” “PDF security” are all about PDF file format.

Let the conversion run: Once you click the button “Convert”, you will be reminded to choose a folder to save the converted PDF files. Then the conversion will be processed automatically. The conversion will last 3 seconds. Then you can witness the success yourself.
