You need to try to input the ppt document which should be converted to the application via this interface. Please click “File”—“Create PDF”—“From Any Printable Documents” and you will see a dialog box named as “Open” pop up. Please choose the file to be inputted in the application and click “OK” button.

After that, please save the current input ppt document to pdf document that you want to get. Please click “File”—“Save as” to open “Save as” dialog box. Please see it in Figure 2.

Please find a suitable location for the target file in “Save in” dropdown list. You are able to input the name for the target file in “File name” edit box. The output format is certainly be chosen as “PDF File (*.pdf)” and at last, please click “Save” button to save all the settings you made and run the conversion.

When you finish in creating pdf from ppt, the target file will appear in the location you have just set in PDF Editor application. If you want to browse it,  please use a pdf reader to check it.
