Print Office documents of XLS to PDF and edit PDF automatically

This article would like to show you the steps to print Office documents of XLS to PDF and edit PDF file with PDFcamp Printer mainly with the help of PDF Editor in Windows platforms.

Step1. Download and Install PDFcamp Printer and PDF Editor on your computer

You need to download the installers of PDFcamp Printer and PDF Editor by clicking the following links separately:

Then, if you do not want to use PDF Editor to set author, subject, keywords and title of PDF file, you can use PDFcamp Printer to edit them: on properties panel, please click “Doc Info” tab so that you can get its panel there, and then please input the relative information in related edit-boxes, then click “OK” so that all the settings just now can be saved along with the close of properties panel. And then program can jump back to print panel, where you should click “OK”:

So dialog box of ‘Save As’ can be popped on your screen, and you need to select a folder, then along with one click on “Save” in dialog box of ‘Save As’, your PDF file can be added into your objective folder and opened in PDF Editor automatically. Then you can continue to edit your PDF file, such as comment and content of PDF file at large.
