If you annotate PDF document with some beautiful pictures, the boring and bromidic PDF document will be bright and appealing at once. With the help of the GUI application PDF Editor, you can do this job easily. But at first, you need to download the application to your computer.

Then you need to add the PDF document to PDF Editor. Any one of the following ways can be used to open “Open” dialog box in which you are allowed to choose the PDF document.
- Click “File” in menu area and click “Open” option in dropdown list.
- Click “Open” button in toolbar area.
- Press “Ctrl”+ “O” combination on the keyboard at the same time.
To annotate PDF document with picture, you need to open the comment status via clicking “File”— “Edit Comment” or click “Edit Comment” button in the toolbar. Then click “Add Stamp” button or click “File”—“Tools”—“Stamp” to open “Open” dialog box in which you can choose the picture with which you can annotate PDF document. PDF Editor supports different kinds of stamp image formats such as JPG, BMP, TIFF, WMF, EMF, etc. Just choose one and click “Open” button. Then the picture will be shown in the PDF document. You can also regulate its width and height by dragging its bolder or the angels of the bolder. You can also add comment for the picture via double clicking on it and a commenting window will come out, in which you can input your words. If you have finished, you can close it. When you want to read the comments, just double click the picture again.
Then please click “Save” button or click “File”—“Save” to save the operations you have done. The last thing is to create a new PDF document by opening “Save as” dialog box in which you are allowed to save the new document. You can click “File”—“Save as” or use the keyboard shortcut “Ctrl”+ “Shift”+ “S” to open “Save as” dialog box.
