You can easily add the rectangle content into your PDF document if you use PDF Editor as your tool. If you want to know how to do this kind of work, just read the following contents.
Before working, you need to download the application to your computer. If you just want to experience the application, you can try the free evaluation version of PDF Editor. Then please open the PDF document with PDF Editor. Just find the document that you want to edit and please right click the file for choosing “Open With”—“Choose Program” in the dropdown list. The dialog box “Open With” will pop up and you can click “Browse” button in it to select PDF Editor as your application.
For adding the rectangle content into your PDF document, you are able to do the work now. Please open the content status by clicking “Edit Content” button in the toolbar or click “Tools”—“Edit Content”. Then please click “Tools”—“Content”—“Draw”—“Rectangle” or click “Add Rectangle” button in content toolbar.
Please click the left button of your mouse and move the mouse. You will see a rectangle appear in the document pane of PDF Editor. When you are satisfied with the size of the rectangle, please stop moving and loose the left button. You can single click the rectangle and drag it to any position or you can resize the rectangle by dragging the edge or the angle of the rectangle.
If you want to edit this rectangle content, please right click it and you will see some options in the floating item. You can choose to “Copy”, “Cut”, “Delete”, etc. the rectangle, if you want to change the line color, line width, fill color or the accurate location of the rectangle, please click “Properties” option to open “Content Editor-Rectangle” dialog box in which you can realize all these functions. At last, after you set all the parameters for the rectangle content, please click the close box and click “Save” button in the toolbar or click “File”—“Save” to save the changes. You need to create a new PDF document. Please click “File”—“Save as” for opening the “Save as” dialog box in which please choose the location and input the name for new PDF document.
