How to Convert Scanned Iamges into RTF Documents

Click the button”Add Files ”and select the images into the interfce, they will show in the”File List”, If some iamges need to be delet, select the unwanted images and click the button “Remove ” or “Remove All to delet all the images in the “File List”.
On the right side of the interface, Three group boxes are listed for the users to convert the images into the needed one. “Output Options”is desinged to help users select the needed output layouts and languages. Thirteen options are listed in this combo box and the first seven are desinged for the PDF files while the last six options are listed for the scanned images and PDF files.
The second group box is designed for two kinds of output formats: MS Word Document(*.DOC) and Rich Text Format(*.RTF).
The third group box is designed to meet dofferent needs on “Page Range”. Select “A ll Pages”means you want to convert the scanned images or PDF files in pages, while “Select Range”means you wan to convert specified pages, in such situation, input the page number in “From and To”and they can convert the pages you want.
The next one is “PDF Password” which means that you need to input the password if you want to convert encrypted PDF files.
