1. Download & install
At first, please free download the installer of VeryPDF PDF Stamp. Then, please double click the installer and follow the setup wizard to install it on the computer.
2. Load PDF files
After opening the application, please click the button Add PDF Files under the list box to add PDF or click the button Add Directory to add a directory. Please see it in the following snapshot.
3. Add page number
To add page numbers to the PDF, please click the tab Text Stamp on top of the user interface. Then, in the drop-down list of “Dynamic Text” of the opened “Text Stamp” interface, please choose the option “Page No.”. After that, please click the Add button above “Dynamic Text” to activate the rest part. In the drop-down list of “Position”, please choose the option “Top-Right of the page”. On this interface, you can also set page number font, size, color, align type, position, action, etc. to customize page numbers. You can preview the effect on the right panel of the interface. 4. Set output location
To set output location, please click the tab Global to switch to the “Global” panel. In the “Save Mode” group box, please check the radio button of “Save to following directory” and then click the Browse button to choose an output folder in the pop-up dialog box. Please see it in the following snapshot.
5. Stamp
Please click the tab PDF File List to switch to the main interface. Then, please click the Stamping button to start to stamp the PDF with page numbers.
Several seconds later, you can get the PDF with page numbers in the output location.
