In the information pollution era, it is hard to find some truly valuable information. Say when we need to convert PDF to Excel, we will search in the Google or other search engines, there will be volume information flooding into the searching result. Step 1. Download VeryPDF Table Extractor OCR

- When installation finishes, there will be an icon showing up on the desktop.
- Double click the icon then you can launch this software.
Note: there are two version of this software: Mac and Windows. Please make sure download the right version according to your computer system. Or else this software can not be used.
Step 2. Run Conversion From PDF to Excel
- Add PDF file to software interface by dragging or click button Open. For understanding this step better, please check more from the following snapshot which is from the software interface.
Note:if you use this software first, when you open it, it will remind you to input the code. When you have the code which can be gotten by paying it from our website, please input in the register dialogue box. If you are in the evaluating period, simply click button Try then you can use it.
- I will take converting Indonesian PDF to Excel, first please download related language package. Once downloading finishes, please click button Apply.
- On the top tool bar, please click icon of
to draw area where you need to extract to the Excel. If the table is not so clear, you can add lines to differ content in the PDF by clicking button line 
. - If the scan file is not clear like there are some printing black dots or it is a little skewed, please click button OCR arrow to correct the input PDF file for better OCR result.
Note: in this step, please do not click OCR button to correct input. Make sure to click the arrow button next to OCR button then you will see the menu option like I showed in the above snapshot.
- After setting, please click button OCR to run the conversion. Then the recognized content will be shown in the following. Please check details from the following snapshot. In the blank, you can correct or change some word.
- Then please click Save button to save it in the Excel file.
- By this way, you can convert PDF in most of common languages like Japanese, Chinese and more than 20 to editable Excel file.
