How to save print spooling data to a disk file during printing?

  VeryPDF PDFPrint Command Line allows you to save print spooling data to a disk file during do printing job by spooling.   Spooling is refer to simultaneous peripheral operations on-line, it puts jobs in a buffer, a special area in memory or on a disk where a device can access them when it is ready. Spooling is useful because devices access data at different rates. The buffer provides a waiting station where data can rest while the slower device catches up.   Step 1. Download PDFprint

Step 2. Save Spooling Data During Printing

  • When you run this software, please refer to the usage and example.
    Usage: pdfprint.exe [options] [Options] <PDF Files>
  • When you need to save spooling data during the printing, please refer to the following command line template.
    pdfprint.exe -printtofile C:\out.pcl -printer "HP PCL Printer" C:\input.pdf
    -printtofile <string>: when you need to save print spooling data to a disk file, please add this parameter.

savedevmode <string> : when you need to prompt the user with print dialog and save the printer settings into a disk file, please use this parameter.
-loaddevmode <string>: when you need to restore printer settings which saved by -savedevmode parameter, please add this parameter.
-promptdevmode           : by this parameter, you can prompt the user with print dialog and print the printer settings to screen
-devmode <string>        :when you need to restore printer settings which outputed by -promptdevmode parameter, please add this parameter.
