How to find and replace text in a existing PDF file with PDF Text Replacer Command Line application? How to program a text search and replace in PDF files?

I have trouble using your product (PDF Text Replacer) and I was hoping that you can help me with it.

I want to replace some text in my PDF file. Let's say that I want to replace every Z01 with V02. First of all I'm selecting file that I want to edit, and output folder (same as folder with original file) for it. Then I make rule by selecting "according to content" and "replace with text". In field "find what" I'm typing "Z01" and in field "replace with" I'm typing V02. Then I click "Replace", process is ending without any errors, in my output folder file with same title is created but inside nothing is changed. Why is that? My first guess is that pdf file I'm using is without layers, but maybe you will have another (easier) solution.

Thank you in advance for your help.
